ABOUT THE EVENT

July 18 - 22, 2018

Cascadia Expodition is a four-wheel drive event taking place in Chilliwack, BC, Canada, on July 18 - 22, 2018. It includes organized single-day and multi-day overnight runs and a 4WD trade-show at Chilliwack Heritage Park. There will be social events including family-friendly ones, equipment demonstrations, an obstacle course, basic training sessions and a raffle with some fantastic prizes. It is open to all brands of 4WD vehicles. Cascadia Expodition gratefully acknowledges the Four Wheel Drive Association of B.C. as a main sponsor.

President
Pete believes that it’s time for a world-class annual destination four-wheel drive event in BC. He advocates responsible use and access to our amazing landscape on public lands for off road activities.

KIM REEVES

Vice-President
Kim Reeves has been the President of the Four Wheel Drive Association of BC for 7 years and is a passionate advocate for four wheel drive recreation in all of its forms and public access to public lands.

GARRY BROECKLING

Event Director
Garry started out as a photographer wanting to get out in the wild. He has been passionate about wheeling ever since. The belief that what we do on our trips is both good for the environment and the community drives Garry to be a part of the education that needs to take place to help the community thrive

PATTI GOUDSWAARD

Treasurer
Patti is most at home in the outdoors and is active as a Scouter and treasurer for Boy Scouts. She has 12 years experience organizing and implementing events for various non-profits. Supports the idea, “pack it in, pack it out” and leaving the trail more pristine than how you found it.

JAMES KRIEGER

Director
James aka Woodsman is also a Director for the FJ Cruiser Summit in Ouray, CO. He brings his experience running a similar event to the team.

MALCOLM SINCLAIR

Director
Malcolm runs one of the largest 4WD Facebook groups in the province. He organizes meets and runs on a regular basis, and brings this experience to the group.

GLYN TRAFFORD

Director-at-large
Whether organizing or competing in events here and abroad, or just wheeling in BC, Glyn has an extreme passion for everything off-road. Glyn’s unique skill set, which include over 30 years back country experience, organizing multi day motorsport events, remote communications, medical first response and SAR will ensure our event is not only safe but fun as well.
